Why do Personal Training?

Whether you’re at the start of your fitness journey or have been at it for years, attending a personal training session at Women’s Fitness will always push you to your limits and help you learn new things. We offer Online and Onsite personal training depending on your preference. All of our personal training is private 1 on 1, but if you would like to attend a personal training session with a friend we can arrange a buddy personal training session.

Is personal training for you – It depends really on what you’re looking for and what goals you want to achieve. If you find yourself getting bored of the same gym routine or if you feel you’re not getting the results you expect from the effort you are putting in then maybe you should think about personal training.

It’s a great way of pushing yourself to do a workout you might not do on your own and to discover that your limits are greater than what you thought they were. Some people are turned off personal training as they think it’s a trainer shouting at them to “give it your all” and “push harder” – It’s not!

It’s a trainer who is qualified and experienced helping you to do the right exercises at the right intensity for you and to help you achieve your goals.

Here at Women’s Fitness all of our trainers are highly qualified and experienced so you can be sure you are training with one of the best personal trainers in Cork. For most Women time is an issue – we have personal training sessions available 7 days a week from early morning to late evening, each session is 30 minutes so it is easy to squeeze into a busy schedule.

We have personal training plans and packages such as the Kickstart plan or you can choose to add a bundle of PT sessions to your membership to give yourself that extra push from time to time. These packages and plans are also available to purchase online. Every single person can benefit from working with a trainer. Personal training is truly an investment in one’s own health and well-being

We have over 100 Classes every week in our Cork gym. We have a huge selection of classes available that run every day from morning until evening so you are bound to find the perfect class at the perfect time to suit your schedule.

Our classes are categorised into 3 groups so that you can be confident when picking a class that it suits your fitness level:

Beginner/Easy Classes: At Women’s Fitness we understand what it’s like to begin a fitness journey, especially if you’re completely new to fitness or coming back to fitness after long a break or an injury. All of our beginner/easy classes are set in a relaxed atmosphere where you can feel comfortable to go at your own pace. No one will be judging you, you aren’t under any pressure to go 100 miles an hour when you’re just starting out. Do as much as you are comfortable with and use the support and encouragement of our top-level instructors to give it you’re all!

Intermediate Classes: These classes are suitable for you once you’ve got in the groove or if you have a generally good fitness level. It’s okay for a beginner to do these classes once you are aware of your own limits. These classes are a great step up from beginner/easy level classes and start to push you to the next level.

Advanced Classes: These classes are suitable for women with a high level of fitness. You will be pushed to your limit, which is what you want. These classes will give a massive calorie burn and really help to improve your overall fitness levels. These classes are not ideal for beginners and their tough nature could put you off your fitness journey if you are starting out.
