Hour Of Power is a one hour class that combines strength and conditioning training with bursts of very high intensity. Each week new challenges are set, so if you’re looking to be challenged like you’ve never been challenged before this is the class for you.
This class is not for the faint-hearted and isn’t suitable for complete beginners. The results can be incredible*, but you will have to work your way up to the fitness level required for Hour Of Power at Women’s Fitness.
