Kaitlyn O Callaghan
Personal Trainer and class instructor, Kaitlyn joined the Womens Fitness team in 2021. Her favourite classes to teach are either HIIT or Fat Blast. Kaitlyn has a big interest in athletics including running and cycling, she has participated in both marathons and fun runs.
Kaitlyn has also worked with sports teams including GAA, hockey, rugby, football & tennis clubs. She has also worked with people with mental and physical disabilities.
