Lorraine is head nutritionist here in Women’s Fitness, she is a health and wellness professional for over 15 years.

Lorraine was active and sporty from a young age and always had a big interest in health and fitness. While studying for the leaving cert, Lorraine had a very firm mindset that she was going on to 3rd level education with fitness in her future. Lorraine started Recreation and Leisure in CIT in 1999 and completed her Business Degree in 2003. 

Lorraine decided to continue her education and completed an MSc in Sports and Nutritional Science in the University of Chester, which is where Lorraine developed her love and adoration for nutrition and what it can do for the body. Lorraine has worked in both exercise and nutrition since 2003 and has loved every minute of it. The level of job satisfaction Lorraine achieves is huge and seeing results in her clients is her fuel to learn more. Lorraine is a big believer in never giving up, everyone has bad days pick your self up and keep going – You can do it!

 

Lorraine loves her time off. She is a foodie and loves to cook and try new things! Lorraine’s favourite food is Mexican. She does at least 2-3 Pilates classes a week and enjoys cycling at the weekends.
