Personal trainer and class instructor, Mark joined the Womens Fitness team in 2018. He has amazing body control and ability. Mark is also qualified in Olympic lifting, strength and conditioning training and Kettlebells. His favourite classes to teach are Kicks, Cardio & Core and HIIT.
Mark strength trains 5 times per week and loves to incorporate his own style and programming into his clients sessions. He is big on helping his clients achieve their goals and surpassing their training expectations.
