Qualifications:

  • NTC – National Qualification In Exercise And Health Studies level 4
  • Les Mills Certified in BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT( aim 1) & BODYATTACK
  • Certifications: Indoor Cycling, FFI Pilates Matwork & Step Aerobics

Michelle started her fitness journey about 10 years ago, after being really involved in sports as a child, her teenage years were the opposite. After having her son quite young it took her a couple of years and a couple of pounds on the hips to drive her back to exercising. Michelle knew as soon as she started back that this was her passion in life! She went back to college for a second time knowing that this was the road for her. It wasn’t easy for Michelle being a single mom, working part-time and doing the course but she believes nothing worth it is ever easy!

Exercise to music was definitely an instant love for Michelle. Music drives her and she believes that’s why the Les mills programmes suits her so well #LesMillsQueen 

Michelle would consider herself to be an extremely versatile instructor. Michelle loves high intensity motivating classes as this is how she likes to personally exercise but she is also certified to teach Pilates and has an interest in Yoga, so is also capable of toning it down a notch. 

Michelle is very passionate about food. She enjoys all types of food and loves finding new ways to improve her body from both a physical and health point of view. Michelle takes pride in practising what she preaches in both food and exercise, as she trains 3 days a week outside of her classes and eats a healthy balanced diet.
