Ronan worked on board cruise ships as a personal trainer for 2 years, he was based in New York City sailed to Bermuda, Caribbean islands and Florida on a weekly basis working with people from all over the world with different backgrounds and fitness and health goals.

Ronan grew up with a very sporting background, playing a number of sports at local and county level. He represented Cork Vocational Schools in hurling and won an All Ireland medal in 2005. Ronan was a member of the Carrigtwohill senior hurling panel who won the Senior Cork County Championship in 2011 and Intermediate in 2007. Ronan also trained Carrigtwohill underage football teams and won a county league as a trainer.

Ronan always had a major passion for the fitness industry and trains on a regular basis and lives an active life #practicewhatyoupreach.

In 2017 Ronan completed the Ironman 70.3 in Dublin which consisted of a 1.9km swim, 90km cycle and a 21.1km run.

Aside from the obvious physical improvements that comes from being fit and active, Ronan believes the positive impact it can have on clients mental health, in particular people who may feel insecure or suffer from things like anxiety or depression is one of the best parts.
