Shelia’s decision to enter the fitness industry and to become a personal trainer was associated with her own personal battle with her own weight and health in her early childhood and teenage years. In the past, Shelia experienced being extremely overweight along with being extremely underweight and suffering from an eating disorder, along with low confidence and self-esteem. The gym along with a personal training helped Shelia so much to improve her overall physical, mental health and wellbeing.
Shelia has a passion for health and fitness along with positive mental wellbeing. Shelia’s aim is to help improve the lives of others along with inspiring others to make a change no matter what the goal may be. Shelia loves giving the private/semi-private personal training sessions, as she believes it promotes self-belief amongst the clients along with developing the client’s own knowledge with regards to health and fitness. Shelia loves seeing her clients progress not only in their own bodies but with their own confidence and can-do attitude.

Shelia loves promoting strength along with setting goals and targets to aim towards. Shelia has a keen interest in weightlifting and powerlifting. She has trained and competed in powerlifting competitions in the past.
Shelia has recently qualified as a personal trainer. She constantly aims to improve her knowledge by reading and listening to podcasts. Shelia also has plans to go into more advanced specific training along with nutrition.
Shelia enjoys teaching classes and motivating clients to really push themselves to go beyond what they believe is achievable. Shelia enjoys teaching a variety of classes including Legs, Bums and Tums, Spinning & Kettlebells.
