Have you ever thought about starting Yoga?
This is a Beginners Yoga Course, which works on the fundamentals of yoga practice.
We will be focusing on strengthening, stretching and alignment of yoga postures.
You will be learning how to take time to relax and unwind, and focus on breathing techniques.

This course will run for 6 Weeks on Monday nights at 8:15pm.
