STEP 2: When your Women’s Fitness app is installed login. If you don’t have login detail you can create an account yourself.
STEP 3: Once your logged in you need to select your location Cork or Limerick
Once steps 1-3 are complete you now have full access to the app. You can book, and pay for classes, schedule your personal training and your weekly weigh in as part of your Kickstart plan. You can also view your full schedule (go to my appointments and my classes to see everything you’re booked in for) and can also cancel or reschedule classes via the app.
All are classes are open to members or non-members. You can PAYG €11 per class or you can purchase a 10 class pass for €85 (valid for 3 months)
We strongly recommend booking your classes in advance to avoid disappointment. Full payment is needed when booking your class. You can book your place in any class via the app or you can pay by card over the phone.
On joining Women’s Fitness you will be booked in for a member’s initial programme. What this entails is a trainer sitting down with you to find out your goals and design a tailored gym programme. They will also do a full body composition analysis so you will find out weight, fat percentage, BMI etc. You will then be taken through your programme to ensure you know how to perform each exercise correctly.
Each month as part of your membership you can then meet with your trainer to review your progress and update your programme. This is called your membership monthly assessment
At any stage if you need any assistance or help during your membership just pop up to reception and we’ll sort everything.
We also have Slimming Club this is on Monday and Wednesday evenings and Thursday mornings. You can meet with one of nutritionists for a quick weigh in and get answers to any questions you may have. Our members find this really helps to keep them focussed and on track.
Classes – If you don’t have classes as part of your membership you can PAYG at a discounted rate of €5.
Building 1 & 2
We have two buildings. In building one you will find main reception, fully equipped gym, two private consultation rooms, changing rooms, Spinning studio and class studio. In building two you will find another reception, our biggest class studio and two state of the art personal training studios.
Your class may be in building one or two you will see on the app which building your class is located in.
Personal training may also be in building one or two but we advise for you to always come to building one to main reception and the trainer will bring you down to building two.
New Or Returning To Fitness
We know how daunting it can be can be to start or returning to fitness. That is why we have designed beginner friendly plans such as First Steps and classes such as Easy Spin, Stretch & Core, Zumba and more to help get you started.
What To Expect
A friendly, relaxed and comfortable Women only atmosphere. You will see Women of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. Don’t worry we have new members starting each day so you more than likely won’t be the only newbie in a class. Our trainers are highly qualified and have the capabilities to deal with Women of all ages, sizes and fitness levels.
We have 100’s of free parking spaces so no need to worry about parking.
