Body Pump classes are made up of medium to high level intensity resistance training using a barbell to complete all of the exercises. Each portion of the class has you exercising different muscle groups so just when you are starting to fade, a new muscle group starts is beginning to get worked and your tired muscles have a chance to recover. It’s a fun and challenging way to workout and a great way get in shape*. Body Pump classes can seem intimidating to new members as there are a lot of unfamiliar exercises, but they shouldn’t be!
