Polar Burn
In our high-energy Polar Burn classes, your heart rate is tracked in a fun, friendly environment where you can compete against yourself or friends. You’ll:

Polar Strength
Focusing on weight exercises, our Polar Strength classes incorporate compound and isolation exercises to achieve:
