All classes are designed to use just your bodyweight. However, if you have your own weights or wish to use ‘home made’ alternatives, the instructors will inform you of how to do so during the class.

Fat Blast®
Looking for the ultimate burn? This class is what you need! Combining high intensity cardio with strength training for a full body, fat burning workout blast!
Zumba
Zumba is a vibe! Nothing will put you in a better mood than this Zumba class.
Dance + Cardio = Happiness! Get your heart rate going, and burn those cals all while enjoying yourself.
Legs, Bums & Tums
Aerobic exercises mixed with high intensity moves, targeting those specific problem areas. This is a great class for those who want to increase their stamina and get fit, or else to tone up those problem areas.
Strength & Tone
This class increases strength in your muscles, which increases calories burned while toning up your muscles. Focusing mainly on mat work, so very easy to do at home.
Body Combat
This is a highly energetic class that is guaranteed to release any stresses you may have.
Punch and kick your way through the workout in this calorie burning workout.
HIIT at Home
HIIT is an amazing way to get that heart rate up and get your sweat on!
All of the moves in this class can be adapted for beginner level and advanced, so you can improve each week.
Body Pump (No equipment required)
It is a fast paced workout specifically designed to help you get leaner, more toned and increase fitness. You can’t help but feel motivated in this class because of Les Mills specifically made tracks for the class. You will have the ultimate feel good factor after you finish!
Pilates
An increasingly popular class worldwide, pilates combines low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. It is great if you have any injuries or restricted movement, as all of the exercises are suitable for this or can be adapted. It is also an amazing way to strengthen your core and back muscles.
Total Barre
This class focuses on building your stamina, strength and flexibility. The class is mainly done through standing movements. Barre will strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk. It will also help to improve your posture and alignment.
Beginner Yoga
If you have ever thought about starting yoga or were nervous to begin then this is the perfect opportunity to start. The class will be taken at a lower pace and our teachers are happy to answer any questions which you may have. All of our yoga classes can be done by beginners, however if you are looking to get a base knowledge in yoga, this class will be the best start!
Stretch & Tone Yoga
Through fluid movements and a heart rate increasing sequences you will tone your entire body. Push yourself each week to increase the amount of postures you can achieve and the length at which you can hold them.
Strong Core Yoga
This class is a fusion of Yoga and deep abdominal core strengthening movements. In this class, you will build up your core strength as you practice proper posture alignment, flow through demanding yoga sequences and build heat from within by connecting breath to movement.

How many classes can I book?
Once you have purchased the online unlimited weekly class pass®, you can do as many classes as you like! There is no limit to the amount of classes you can do every week!
How do I view the classes?
All of our classes are done through Zoom. Simply download the zoom app and we will send you a link for the class 15 minutes previous to the class beginning.
Can I cancel the online unlimited weekly class pass®?
Yes of course, you can cancel the subscription totally free of charge whenever you like.
Always check your junk email for online class links as sometimes they go here. Please make sure that the email on your womens fitness app account is correct as this is where you will receive the class links.
