Dee has over 25 years experience in the Health and Fitness industry. Dee’s love for nutrition started from a very young age, through her love for Home Economics. She was always a foodie, cooking and baking were her big interests. When Dee combined exercise with her love for food she felt a real sense of wellbeing. She felt that if she was strong and healthy in her body she could cope with anything, which lead her to pursue a career in this industry.

Dee believes the majority of all illness is connected with diet, people need and often lack a suitable nutritional foundation. Dee’s main goal is to help clients change their attitude and habits towards food so they maintain weight loss long term, in particular with adolescents as this will stay with them for life.

Dee believes healthy eating is not about strict dietary limitations or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, improving your health, and stabilising your mood.

Outside of work Dee practices what she preaches, Dee enjoys fresh, healthy and wholesome food and partakes in yoga and hill walking!
